E loves to put things on top of my head: cups, books, and now diapers. And, he usually finds it just as funny when I put things on top of his. Is it a... ...a court wig?
...a football helmet?
...or a knight's armoured hat??
Oh, so cute, I think his chubby cheeks look adorable.
Yesterday we got more 'stuff' for the playroom- a new slide.
How tacky. Both B and I think it is an atrocity, but E seems to enjoy it and hopefully finds it fun for winter time. At least it fits in the storage closet.
B cracked me up when he said that he doesn't want to be that house 'that has toys taking over every space'. Haha. We couldn't be more on the same page.

E keeps saying new things. I couldn't believe a couple of things he said yesterday. He was eating snack and started pointing to the buttons on my shirt so I said, "yes, those are Mommy's buttons". Well then he proceeded to point to his own buttons on his polo. I thought it was just the cutest thing. He's been calling and pointing to noses and saying 'ne-ne' (I haven't quite figured this out linguistically). After snack he touched my nose and said, 'Mama ne-ne'. Has he really figured out how to say things possessively?!?! Anyhow, I was totally shocked. He has also been saying 'carride' now, "ca-wi" (no /r/ since kids don't start making that sound for a couple years (substituted with /w/). Can you tell the kid gets excited about getting in the car? And then in the tub last night, while putting his alphabet foam letters on the side of the tub, I could swear he said 'E' when he saw the letter E, and 'A' when he saw the letter A. Hmm, we'll have to revisit that tonight.
And, naps. I've been able to get him to nap from 11-1ish the last couple days. Today he managed to stay up till 1215 (it helped seeing his little girlfriend at the park); however, he only slept an hour, so who knows.
The court wig pic is the one I see in my blog reader and it makes me smile.
