Ethan and Who?!?

Ethan got a special treat this evening. He got to watch a minute of the super bowl, as well as the awesome half-time show. Mommy and Baby cuddled on the couch with the lights turned down and rocked out to The Who! He was way more entertained by the guys in helmets...

And, we've been getting ready for valentines day. He made cards for his friends and cousins the other day. I'm really excited about the holiday- it was always lots of fun when I was little, but I'm trying real hard not to buy him any valentine attire/accessories, for as cute as it is (I keep thinking: "too girlie, too girlie"). Heck, I even wish they made blue cards. More to come on our valentine festivities. Here are some card-making pics:

On another note, I've finally figured out how to hang our gorgeous PB drapes up in the office. It only took just 3 years (thanks to a career and pregnancy side-track). I absolutely love PB silk dupioni drapes- pair them with PB and Restoration Hardware rods and you are all set! We have them in every room except the boys' (family/playroom and nursery). Next project: foyer closet.
